A rye beer with an aroma of soil and rye bread together with a fruity notes of particular Amarillo hops. The rye malt brings a dryness to the aftertaste. An excellent alternative to wheat beer and it pairs with e.g. grilled pork.
Serve at a temperature between 6 – 12 degrees.
