Unlike the standard uKeg, which uses CO2 cartridges, the uKeg Nitro uses nitrogen. The nitrogen is what gives the coffee that delicious creamy head once it's been poured.

You can brew the coffee in a number of ways: you can brew it in the uKeg itself, using the coffee bags, or you can pour pre-made cold coffee into the uKeg.
