Keg tap A type

Commonly referred to as the "Slide On Coupler" or "German Slider" now with 8mm duotight push in fittings for a faster simpler connection. We highly reccomend using EVABarrier 4mm x 8mm or 5mm x 8mm with duotight fittings.

Suitable for attaching Tooheys, Coopers, XXXX and most Craft Breweries kegs.
This is also the standard for the Oxebar - Kegasaurus Kegs.

Replacement Seal Kit -> KL12331 - Seal Kit for A Type Keg Coupler (KL08815)

Includes:
1 x - A-Type Coupler with 5/8" Male Beer and Gas threads
2 x - duotight 8mm (5/16") Push Fit x 5/8" BSP Female Thread
1 x - Non-Return Ball or Torpedo check piece (Non-Return Liquid)
1 x - Gas Duck Bill valve (Non-Return Gas)

Please note most A-type kegs are too tall to fit in the Series 4 or Series X.1 or Series X Plus without a "KL00390 - Low Profile Elbow Bend"

How to install Gas Duck Bill Valve
Remove black EPDM washer inside 1 of the duotight push in fittings that you will use for gas (inlet side). The duck bill valve acts as the sealing washer, meaning that you don't need two washers, infact having two may cause the duck bill valve to fail. Further to that, you don't 100% need a duck bill one way valve if you don't think you need it, it is optional.
